i got to vancouver and looked around a bit. it looks like a great city. coming around a bend from the south during the late evening afforded me a stunning unveiled view of its beauty.

i randomly happened upon china town
leaving vancouver
i drove about an hour north up route 99 toward squamish where i slept.
that hour drive was simply beautiful!!
it was dark when i got to the walmart
i didn't even notice the mountains until morning... cool.
I can't wait to hear if the Arctic Ocean is just cold, or really cold, or really, really cold. Be safe, have fun, watch out for forest fires and big gravel spewing trucks.
