i was privileged to reconnect with my friend leann with whom i'd lost contact for a very long time. the last time i'd seen her was at my friend allison's wedding 10 summers before. when i visited karl and allison in wisconsin they said i'd be driving right by leann's place! so i got to stop in, met her family and stayed the night! : )
leann, mark, josiah, jullianna, and sarina were so fun to stay with. i was so encouraged by their love as we conversed and as leann and i reminisced.
the kids enjoyed sharing their freshly plucked plums. one stashed in the cheek, and one in the hand to share.
how about another for the road? : )
