twelfth border crossing

if you count my walk into mexico from california, i technically crossed the border for the twelfth time on my trip when i returned to montana.  interestingly, it was one of the easiest too.  my guess is that there were more people like me who used that crossing, so my traveling state probably didn't seem so unique.

it was the end of a three day weekend in canada for it's civic holiday.  the line up to get back into canada was crazy long.  i had to watch out for the canadian time-passing activities in my lane...  here they were bumping a soccer ball to each other with their heads.

my destination was kalispell montana.  i was trying to enjoy the 70 mph highway but kept running into these model t cars!

that went only about 35 mph

in a 50 mile section of highway i had to get around about 22 of them.  i heard later there were about 200 of them gathered in the area.
