i enjoyed a warm night drive into new jersey and up to jersey city with my window down and arm out the whole way. i love that.
around 1am i got to judi's and stayed the night with her. the next morning we met up with valentin and went to church.
valentin took judi and me to a great little mexican place for lunch near his apartment.
we went for a walk and enjoyed a spectacular view of manhattan from weehawken new jersey. apparently this is a pretty crowded place during fireworks displays in the river and over new york city. it really is amazing.
we were risking getting caught in a storm, but timed it perfectly to be in the crema store for gelato when the rain started pouring.
they sent me off with gas money, food, and much love.

it was cuban food ;) but i know - chicken, rice, beans - kinda universal right? lol. what a great day! love showing you my hood. i like the pic of the cruise ship. xoxo
