nyc

on tuesday I decided to go into new york city. while i was driving around the upper west side looking for parking i got pulled over for 'turning from the wrong lane.'  i think the ticket was unwarranted given the situation, but arguments aside, the episode reinforces that going to nyc is costly one way or another.  in this case, i paid to meet and talk to a real nypd cop and get his autograph, plus another story for my journey.  so all is well.  adventure continues...
