costly flush

I just peed at a rest stop on I-79 in west virginia. oh, but
apparently this was not just your ordinary rest stop. it was a $2
million rest stop that just openned up - according to the west
virginian enforcement officer who voluntarily remarked on it as we
were both washing our hands. clearly he thought of it as a rediculous
use of funds, and my sarcastic small talk didn't even crack a smile on
his face. oh well, at least my bladder is happy.
